Yes, it is that time of year again…the biggest and best sale event of Nordstrom!!! (*screaming of excitement) This year I wanted to find nice outwear for the upcoming fall season that I can wear to work and casual/evening day out. Since I’m a cardholder, we’re able to get early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale from July 12 – July 18 and then July 19 – August 4 is when the sale begins and access for everyone.
My sisters and I went to Nordstrom this past weekend and purchased the following amazing priced items (clickable links):
- Madewell Oversize Denim Jacket – Sale: $84.90 ; After Sale: $128.00
- I’m usually a MEDIUM in most jackets depending on the brand and fit, but since it is oversized, the size SMALL fits perfectly for me and the style I like. The material is super sturdy yet soft and well made as well.
- Leith Soft Trench Coat (Burgundy Fudge) – Sale: $57.90 ; After Sale: $89.00
- I’m a total sucker for trench/long coats and when I find one that works with my height/length it’s a total must. I’m a shorty (4’11”) so it is difficult to find the right length. The arm is a tad long, but is not overpowering. It is not too thin or too thick can be worn year round. For $60, you really can’t pass up this deal.
- Wit & Wisdom Ab-Solution Skinny Ankle Jeans – Sale: $44.90 ; After Sale: $68.00
- As mentioned before, I’m a shorty so finding jeans that fit well is a major drag, even if I try on ‘petite’ sizes. I have never heard of this brand and jeans weren’t on my radar when shopping, but I came across them and decided to try them on and OMG they fit so nice. The pants have an inner elastic band and it’s a total game changer. The petite length actually fits well too, no extra length where I have to roll them up. I’m curious to see how long they will last. - Zella Live In High Waist Leggings – Sale: $38.90 ; After Sale: $59.00
- Comfy, soft, and on sale. Need I say more? If you haven’t tried on Zella leggings must go try them on now. 😛

- A staple and classic dress for ASTR. Beautifully made as well.
- Sperry Saltwater Waterproof Rain Boots – Sale: $79.90 ; After Sale: $119.95

This item is not fashion related, but if you are looking to purchase a high chair I highly recommend this deal. My sister and I were looking for highchairs for my niece and wanted to purchase this, but the price was a little too steep for us, but we came across this and automatically jumped on the deal.

- If you’re looking to purchase the Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair, this is a great bundle deal Nordstrom is offering. The entire set is practically the price of the Tripp Trapp Chair alone if purchased separately.
***REMEMBER, the Nordstrom Anniversary sale isn’t a sale where they lower the prices on old items to get rid of inventory for the upcoming season. It’s actually the opposite, they price NEW ITEMS for the upcoming season on SALE and once the sale is over, it goes back up to regular price and the items will be there all season long. So take advantage of this awesome sale and grab any and all items that you love! Also, even though it may say sold out, they do restock on items randomly… most likely from returns.
