Nordstrom usually have 3 major sale events that they hold each year: two (2) Half-Yearly Sale & one (1) Anniversary Sale. I wouldn’t say one is better than the other, but depending on what you are searing for at the particular time you can find really really reallllllly good deals.
This week is their annual Half-Yearly Sale (running from May 23 – June 3, 2018) for the spring/summer. Currently I am looking to buy a nice dress, top, or co-ord (two-piece) set with patterns that I can wear to events and casually along with my upcoming vacation to Hawaii and anything else that catches my attention of course. The weather seems to be warming up rather quickly so anything comfortable and flowy is key.
Their sale this year has some really good stuff, I was tempted to repurchase some items in another color, but I was determined to stick to my list. I mainly look for items $100 and under. Here are a few of items I think are good deals and/or a good item to consider (if the fit is right, of course).
Basic Tee/Tops: They had soooo many options, but I ended up ordering the BP Twist Back Tee (Color: Pinkbeet Root) and BP Print Tie Waist Top (Color: Purple Grapeade Vintage Floral). There were other great options as well such as the following and they are all 40% off!

Co-ord/Two-Piece Set: I have been trying to find a nice two piece set for the summer. It’s been difficult because I’m either too picky or the fit was not right, but I came across this beautiful ruffled yellow co-ord and I am *crossing my fingers* that they work out!! Would love to wear this in Hawaii when I go later this summer. The floral and yellow on this outfit just screams spring/summer.
The following is so pretty too, but I ended up not getting it since I had a feeling with my body type it would not look as nice.
Dresses: These two are so beautiful! Perfect for a day date or a trip to the vineyards! The dress I was contemplating to buy was out of stock in my size, but I’ll be checking for restock throughout the week.
Pants: OMG! These are perfect for the office. They didn’t have my size in stock as well, but if I do see them I will forsure grab a pair.
Trench/Duster: I own last year’s Trouve model in both Grey and Black and for being short the length was just perfect for me especially when I wear shoes with a heel. Here are a few I found sooo good and also 40% off!
Shoes: Casual comfort is what I love the most. You can never go wrong with TOMS and Nike, especially when they are on sale. Yes, please!
The Nordstrom sale is big and sizes can go fast, but don’t forget to keep checking back incase they restock! As you can tell I get way too excited when Nordstrom has great deals and need to learn self-control. Happy Friday All!
